Order Delay – T-Shirt Not Received

I placed an order for a T-shirt on 2nd July, but as of today, 16th July, I have not received anything from the carrier or any delivery attempt (not even “a quarter after three,” as was possibly expected).
Could you please provide an update on the status of my order?
